Personally identifiable information (PII) is masked within the system, protecting user identities while still enabling rich, useful functionality. For expectant mothers, the platform offers hands-free voice interaction, making it easier to access support during pregnancy.
Behind the scenes, it also empowers clinicians and midwives, delivering anonymised community-level insights that reflect emerging concerns and patterns by postcode. This turns each interaction into a valuable data point for improving public health responses and tailored care delivery.
