Reg Raghavan

Chief Executive Officer

Born and raised in Western Sydney, Reg is a product of Australia's diverse cultural landscape. Growing up in a family of migrants and fuelled by his fascination with Japan, Reg pursued studies in Information Technology and Business.
As CEO, he now leads multicultural marketing campaigns and technology development that drive audience growth and empower clients to create deeper impact.

Karissa Fletcher

Chief Growth Officer

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Karissa leads strategy, business development, insights, product, and marketing.
Her broad business lens has resulted from leading marketing, growth and solving business problems in a variety of industries in Australia, the UK and the USA including media, finance, education, insurance, and professional services.

Patrick Skene

Chief Creative Officer

Patrick Skene is the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer and has worked for over 15 years creating multicultural brand stories and driving multicultural participation and audience engagement for brands, events and sporting organisations.

Mark Panayiotis Notaras

GM Operations

Mark Panayiotis Notaras is the General Manager of Operations, joining CulturalPulse following a 20-year career spanning The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, AusAID, United Nations agencies and International Non-government Organisations across Asia.

Jake Swarts

GM Client Delivery

Jake has been at CulturalPulse for over 5 years. Jake is a master at nurturing strong client partnerships to achieve business goals through cultural content development, media amplification and overseeing the delivery of client campaigns and strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement.

David is a highly experienced marketer, with an extraordinary global career leading some of the world’s largest and most influential companies including; Procter & Gamble, Citibank, Samsung, HBOS, Standard Chartered Bank and Nestle.

David Sawicki

David is the founder and the Managing Director of Third Wave Ideas, specialising in communications, media and strategic advisory for B2B service companies, agencies and professional service firms. David has helped more than 120 Australian businesses improve performance and build profitable businesses. His experience is broad and spans advertising, finance, aged care, disability, travel, consumer and communications.
